Forms due Friday, November 18, 2011 (via email):

We need these on time so that we can make copies of the team information for all of the judges as well as make certificates of participation for the students. Please do your best to stick to our deadline.

• Team Information Sheet: One copy per team. Please email to zhang@rowan.edu
• Team Membership Information: One copy per team. Please email to zhang@rowan.edu

Forms you must bring with you to the event

• Consent form: It is essential that you start collecting consent forms immediately. Everyone (students, coaches, advisors) who is participating in FLL must have a signed form. No one will be able to participapte without a signed consent form. It always takes longer than you think to collect these. Start now!!!!
  

And don't forget to bring with you:

• Core values poster
  
• A hard copy of your robot code so that the judges may review it if they choose to do so after you give your executive summary.
