Volunteer Positions Needed for 2009 Competition

Setup	Setup volunteers help to get everything set up & ready for the event. You'll be moving tables around, plugging in extension cords, putting the lego objects on fields, etc.	8am - 11am (approximately -- this may change)	5
registration	Registration volunteers sit at the registration table. They greet the coaches as they arrive, and give them their reigistration packets, etc.	8:30-11:30  (approximately -- this may change)	1
field resetters	Field resetters put the lego objects back in the original space on the playing fields after each two-minute round of the competition **requires some extra training before the competition **	2:00-5:00  (approximately -- this may change)	4
Team Escorts	Team escorts bring the various teams to different rooms in the student center for judging so they don't get lost	11:00 - 4:00  (approximately -- this may change)	4
Early Photographer	Take photographs of the event with digital cameras.	10:30 - 2  (approximately -- this may change)	2
Late Photographer	Take photographs of the event with digital cameras.	2:00 - 5:30  (approximately -- this may change)	2

Score Runners	Collect Score sheets from referees and bring to score keepers	2:00 - 5:00  (approximately -- this may change)	1
