Evening Setup
|
Evening setup volunteers get
everything out of the van and loaded into a
room in the student center so it's all ready
for morning. You'll be moving tables and
equipment around, etc.

|
Setup volunteers help to get
everything set up & ready for the event.
You'll be moving tables around, plugging in
extension cords, putting the lego objects on
fields, etc.

Registration volunteers sit
at the registration table. They greet the
coaches as they arrive, and give them their
registration packets, etc.

Greeters
|
Greeters stand by the door and welcome
the kids, parents, and coaches. They direct the
kids and parents to their rooms, and the coaches
to registration.
