8:45am	Students and teachers assemble at their schools and establish contact with the contest director.
9:00am	The programming problem is made available on the contest website; students will have 15 minutes to review the problem and think about what questions they wish to ask.
9:15am	Teachers e-mail "provine@rowan.edu" with the questions asked by their students.
9:25am	Answers to all student questions will appear on the website.
9:30am	Students begin work.
12:00noon	Students stop work; teachers collect programs and submit them to the judges. Competitors can go home at this point; judging is going to take a while.
