Data Structures for Engineers

Here are the ground rules for this course. All students are responsible for compliance with these rules.
- Announcements and answers to questions will be posted through the
Rowan Portal email system. Students are responsible for checking this
email daily, or having it forwarded automatically to their preferred email service.

Students who will miss a test or exam must notify the instructor BEFORE the test or exam.
- Make-up tests and exams are always more difficult.
- Students may work in teams on the homework assignments as long as
all members of the team contribute. Submit one copy of the
solutions with all team members names shown.
- Late homeworks will be assessed a two point penalty, on a scale of 10,
for each week (or fraction thereof) late.
- Students may not withdraw during the last four weeks of the semester.
- Students may withdraw after mid-term only in cases of extreme emergency such as prolonged illness or other circumstances beyond the student's control.
- Students who have completed a significant portion of the course may be assigned a grade of Incomplete only in cases of extreme hardship, such as prolonged illness.
- Students who have been attending class regularly and have been making a serious effort are
welcome to see the instructor for additional help during office hours.
