Java Games

So far, I've only got one, but it's a start. The Substitution Cipher Solving Tool is a program to help with solving simple ciphers like the ones that show up in daily newspapers. It's still in development, so there aren't any instructions yet. But it's pretty straightforward. Try it out and let me know what you think.
