Preliminary 1999 Mars IRTF Images

The following images are collections of data taken at the NASA Infrared Telescope Facility (IRTF) at the summit of Mauna Kea, Hawaii. We used the facility instrument, NSFCAM, a 256×256 InSb array detector. The camera is equiped with a variety of filters including a circular variable filter (CFV) which we used to scan from 32 to 107 wavelengths in the near infrared (1.5 to 4.1 µm) Below each image is a note on the UT time of acquisition, and the observerves at the telescope when the images were taken. Below each individual image is the wavelength, in µm, for that particular picture.
