I researched performance improvements for the Project Tracking System. I experimented with YSlow, which is a FireFox plugin
that grades websites on their loading times.

I ran YSlow reports on the Project Tracking System in our development and test environments. I implemented a few of the suggestions
that the report stated. Most of the suggestions require improving IIS. I installed a free trial for a program that imrpoved ISS as a
proof of concept.

I started to work on the hours summary grid. This page is a complete redesign of hour users can see their time entries for any given
week along with their utilization percentage. This will require changed to Oracle and the creation of some new user controls in .NET.

Weekly Review

I spent the whole week working on the Project Tracking System. The next release will be coming next Friday, which is my last day.
My development time was spent on researching how to improve the rendering times of the site (by using YSlow in Firefox), adding
functionality for an hours summary grid, and various minor enhancements.
