Schools with competitors at the Rowan University Programming Contest
need to file
insurance certificates, showing that your
school district has insurance covering your students.
The faculty advisor or parent that is accompanying the student(s) is responsible for the student(s) at all times during the Programming Contest at Rowan University.

Fill in the
parts with information about your insurance
company (name, address, policy #, etc.)
and how much insurance your school system carries.
This certificate MUST name Rowan University, the New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority and the State of New Jersey as ADDITIONALLY INSURED. In addition, Rowan University, the New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority, and the State of New Jersey MUST be named under the "CERTIFICATE HOLDER" portion of the document.
In the "DESCRIPTION OF OPERATIONS/LOCATIONS/VEHICLES/SPECIAL ITEMS" section, you should put "2024 Rowan University Programming Contest, Robinson Hall".
After the form is completed, it should be sent (email preferred) to:
